On the cover, Gaga poses naked with a big blue ball between her legs and her hands holding her breasts with her hands surrounded by kaleidoscopic images of Botticelli's Birth of Venus. Keeping with Koons' style, the cover almost looks like a CGI rendering of Gaga.
