Is Nikki Minaj's clothing line tacky or classy?

You all know who the 30 year old American rapper Nikki Minaj ism she doesn't need introduction, recently she introduced her clothing line which will be available in October at Kmart, the line has received a lot of critics and applause. some think its so "Ghetto" while some think its really nice, I have heard the word tacky.
Arguing with a friend I said they are nice and she asked what my definition of nice is?
So I throw it out to you my readers what do you think about these clothes?

In my humble opinion I think its way better than Rihanna's line, I can wear some of it but I can never wear any of Rihanna's cloth ( except she improve on her last collection), even if its sold for $1.
